"I think part of what made the Macintosh great was that the people working on it were musicians, poets, artists, zoologists and historians who also happened to be the best computer scientists in the world." - Steve Jobs
Tonight we remember and celebrate the life of a visionary. He invented personal computing, created the the worldwide standard for the digital music industry, revolutionized the cell phone, brought touch screen computing to the world and did so with a unbelievable sense of style and grace. His products and innovation have had such a positive impact on our society that his legacy will live in the history of humanity.
Lets not forget that he also created arguably the most successful film studio in history collecting 26 Academy Awards, seven Golden Globes, and three Grammy Awards since Pixar's inception.
Our best wishes go out to his family, friends and everyone at Apple who has helped him make the world a better place.
Over 30 plus years you have continually reminded us that passion is the key to innovation.
Your intelligence, ingenuity, and sense of style shall not be forgotten.
You are truly one of the greats!
R.I.P. Steve Paul Jobs
Sincerely,
Joe DiRosa
